US Sheepskin is a manufacturer / distributor that wholesale products to distributors and retail establishments only. In order to protect our retailers and pricing, new accounts will be required to submit documentation that they operate a valid business engaged in selling sheepskin products.

All orders will be shipped “C.O.D.” cash unless an open term or credit card account has been established. Established accounts wishing to drop ship products will be accessed a $4 service charge per shipment and applicable freight. Dealers are responsible for reimbursing US Sheepskin for freight charges resulting from incorrect address information submitted to us on drop shipments.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, US Sheepskin Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. US Sheepskin Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, US Sheepskin Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. In all cases, US Sheepskin Inc. will attempt to email you notice of such changes.
