With the changing developments of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and protecting all of us, until further notice, all items that are tailor-made, needing altered, or considered production will have an extended lead time beyond 7-10 business days.  We are currently operating with minimal staff in comparison to a full production team.

We do not have a current estimate of when we will be returning to full staff as we are following the guidance provided by our companies home state Governor (Washington) as well as our local counties health department and city officials.

How Does this Affect my Order if its Placed?

Most tailor-made items are currently set to a back-order status.  Items that require any alterations or made in-house by our production team may or may not back-order status.

Again, this only affects items that are tailor-made, require alterations, or are production made. All items that are in stock are able to ship when placed.
